Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research related to B2B sourcing experiences and associated AI products
• Plan and execute user research projects, managing timelines and enhancing research quality
• Deliver actionable reports and optimization recommendations to improve user experience and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, statistics, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of user research experience, preferably in research or consulting firms
• Extensive project experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies, proficient in SQL and SPSS
• Preferred experience in AI product research, e-commerce, and cross-border supply chain knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for professional communication is advantageous
