Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design/User Researcher (Human Centered Design).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize continuous research programs to understand user needs and behaviors
• Lead the development of behavioral archetypes, journey maps, and user segmentation models
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate research into strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of experience in user research, design research, or behavioral insight roles
• Proven experience with strategic modeling such as archetypes and service blueprints
• Strong background in continuous discovery models and mixed-methods integration
• Familiarity with research tools like Dovetail or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
