Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mixed-Methods User Researcher to deepen user understanding and scale research practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale a foundational research practice with processes and standards
• Lead mixed-methods research across the product lifecycle, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Create and maintain a centralized research repository to organize insights across the company

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of user research experience in consumer-facing digital products
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools
• Experience building or scaling research operations and documentation
• Familiarity with ethical research standards and human-centered design
• Strong data fluency and experience collaborating with data science teams
