Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Researcher to enhance player insights and support design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to understand franchise goals and engage with stakeholders early in projects
• Design and execute comprehensive qualitative and quantitative studies to assess player experiences
• Partner with Data Analysts & Scientists to synthesize insights and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user or market research
• Bachelor's degree in a human-focused discipline such as Psychology, Anthropology, or Human-Computer Interaction
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods, with specialization in surveys
• Experienced in statistical methods and tools such as R or SPSS
• Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary teams
