Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 2+ years, or PhD with 1+ year of relevant experience
• Experience in designing, moderating, and analyzing qualitative research
• Experience in designing, launching, and analyzing rapid quantitative research
• Ability to translate research findings into strategic narratives
• Experience mentoring and fostering a growth culture within a research team
