Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Researcher (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and conduct research across mobile experience initiatives using various research methods
• Deliver evidence-based insights to guide product strategy and UX direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research is user-centered and grounded in real user needs

Required Qualifications

• Extensive industry experience with a degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or a Social Science
• Skilled in a wide range of User Research methods, including ethnography and usability testing
• Able to adapt quickly to shifting workflows and navigate ambiguity
• Strong systems thinker with deep UX expertise
• Experience building trust with cross-functional partners in a new environment
