Senior User Researcher

Job Summary

Senior User Researcher, a full-time position focused on leading complex research studies and influencing product strategy through mixed methods research in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes research studies to shape product vision and drive user-centered decision-making at the executive level
• Partner with various teams to identify research opportunities and integrate diverse data sources for comprehensive user insights
• Mentor and elevate the research practice by establishing standards and identifying capability gaps within the team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of applied research experience, including strategic leadership in complex organizations, with at least 6 years in the tech/SaaS industry
• Extensive experience in both evaluative and generative research across multiple phases of product development
• Deep expertise in qualitative methods and practical experience with quantitative approaches
• Current knowledge of AI tools used in research workflows and the ability to evaluate their outputs critically
• Recognized expertise in research methodology with a collaborative approach to building partnerships across teams
