Senior User Researcher

Job Summary

To support a growing understanding of consumer and provider experiences, the full-time Senior User Researcher will independently lead generative and evaluative research, synthesizing findings into actionable insights while leveraging AI tools in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently own and conduct various research methods to understand families and providers within the aging care marketplace
• Synthesize research findings into decision-oriented artifacts that influence product strategy and design direction
• Experiment with AI-assisted workflows to enhance research quality and efficiency while ensuring participant privacy and data integrity

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of user research, UX research, or mixed-methods research experience
• Strong command of qualitative research methods and ability to influence product strategy through research
• Experience pairing qualitative research with analytics and operational data
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools in the research process
• Experience in marketplaces, healthcare, or high-trust service experiences is a plus
