Senior User Researcher

Job Summary

Joining a global team, the full-time Senior User Researcher will manage the user research stream for various projects, conducting diverse research methods and collaborating with stakeholders to embed insights into product strategies, all while working remotely in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the user research process from opportunity identification to execution and integration of insights into product development
• Conduct various types of user research, including exploratory, evaluative, and quantitative studies, ensuring alignment with agile workflows
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate research insights into actionable strategies and contribute to the enhancement of user research practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a standalone user research role
• Proficient in core user research methods with the ability to execute them independently
• Experience in assessing and validating early product concepts using diverse research methods
• Skilled in customer segmentation and participant recruitment for research purposes
• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and collaborative sessions
