Senior User Researcher

Job Summary

Experienced in user research methodologies, the full-time Senior User Researcher will own the user research stream for projects, conducting various types of research while collaborating with stakeholders to integrate insights into product strategies, all in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the user research stream from opportunity identification to execution and insight integration
• Set up and manage user research processes within agile workflows throughout project discovery and delivery
• Conduct diverse research types and collaborate with design and product teams to action insights

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a standalone user research role
• Proven ability to assess and validate early product concepts using various methods
• Skilled in defining customer segmentation across multiple markets
• Experience recruiting participants for research studies
• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and design sprints
