Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior User Researcher with a strong foundation in hardware research to support the innovation and optimization of Peloton's products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct user research for both hardware and software experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evolve user research processes across multiple product teams, prioritizing projects and creating research roadmaps
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define user research goals and execute studies for hardware and software products
• Compile and present research findings to stakeholders to inform strategic product decisions and improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of user research experience across hardware and software product teams
• Strong background in physical product development and human factors
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Proven ability to analyze research findings and provide actionable insights
• Experience with remote and in-person user research methodologies
