Senior User Researcher
Job Summary
To enhance digital user research practices, the full-time Senior User Researcher will focus on quantitative analytics, execute mixed-methods research, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform product strategy in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced analytics tools and support self-service enablement for team members
- Conduct mixed-methods research and analyze user behavior to identify trends and inform product decisions
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and present findings to various stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital product analytics or quantitative user research for SaaS or web-based products
- Proficiency in analytics platforms and A/B testing tools such as Google Analytics and Looker
- Working knowledge of SQL; Python experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
