Senior User Researcher

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior User Researcher will own the user research stream for projects, conducting various types of research while collaborating with design and product teams to embed insights into strategy and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own user research processes from opportunity identification to execution, ensuring integration within agile workflows
• Conduct exploratory, evaluative, quantitative, and qualitative research to inform product development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate research insights into actionable strategies and product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a standalone user research role
• Proven ability to assess and validate early product concepts using various research methods
• Skilled in defining customer segmentation across diverse markets
• Experience with participant recruitment for research studies
• Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze or Dovetail for research synthesis and testing
