Senior User Researcher

Job Summary

Joining a global team, the full-time Senior User Researcher will manage user research streams, conduct diverse research methodologies, and collaborate with design and product teams to embed insights into strategies, all while working remotely from Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Own user research stream from opportunity spotting to execution and embedding insights into product development
• Set up and manage user research processes within agile workflows throughout project discovery and delivery
• Conduct various types of research, including exploratory, evaluative, and quantitative studies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a standalone user research role
• Proven ability to assess and validate early product concepts using diverse research methods
• Skilled in defining customer segmentation across various markets
• Experience with participant recruitment for research studies
• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and co-creation sessions
