Senior Utility Process Consultant
Job Summary
To support a key transformation initiative focused on electric distribution patrol and inspection processes, the temporary remote Senior Utility Process Consultant will participate in process discovery, mapping, and optimization efforts while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end business process mapping and analysis for electric distribution patrol and inspection programs
- Document current-state and future-state processes using BPMN 2.0 standards
- Identify process inefficiencies and align processes with SAP S/4HANA and mobile workforce solutions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or process mapping
- Experience in electric utilities, specifically in distribution patrol and inspection
- Expertise in BPMN 2.0
- Proficiency with process mapping tools such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, or Visio
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
