Senior Utility Process Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Senior Utility Process Consultant will participate in process discovery, mapping, and optimization efforts for electric distribution patrol and inspection processes, focusing on improving safety, compliance, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end business process mapping and analysis for electric distribution patrol and inspection programs
- Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes using BPMN 2.0 standards
- Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and gaps related to inspection completion, data quality, and handoffs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or process mapping
- Experience in electric utilities, especially distribution patrol and inspection
- Expertise in BPMN 2.0
- Experience with process mapping tools (Signavio, ARIS, Blueworks, Visio, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
