Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience in UX/UI design or user research with a proven track record
• Advanced proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Deep experience in user research methodologies and usability testing
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
