Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer, Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison among stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements
• Conduct user experience research and implement improvements based on findings
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices for the organization's intranet

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Office products and knowledgeable in MS SharePoint and Power Platform
• Minimum of 5 years of combined business analysis and UX experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and business analysis techniques
• Experience leading teams for the delivery of complex projects
