Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX & CRO Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

Brainstorm, present, and implement A/B tests to improve website conversion rate
Perform research and analysis to understand user behavior and inform website decisions
Create wireframes and mockups for website updates and tests

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field OR relevant work experience
3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, user experience, or web design
Experience with A/B testing tools and heatmapping/user behavior insight tools
Proficiency in building wireframes and mockups and understanding website code
Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and the Higher Education sector
