Senior UX/CX Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior UX/CX Designer will take ownership of user experience design for the United AI Studio platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and conducting usability testing to enhance design solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for a cohesive user experience across the platform
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions using Figma
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality design delivery

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in UX/CX design, specifically with digital products or platforms
• Proven experience in overseeing and delivering successful user experiences
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating wireframes and visual designs
