Senior UX Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Design Engineer, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade components and patterns with a focus on accessibility and interaction fidelity
• Own and maintain a single documentation source of truth for Design and Engineering
• Champion design systems adoption and partner with engineering to deliver implementation-ready patterns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering or UX engineering, preferably with React and TypeScript
• Working knowledge of AI development tools for code-ready output generation
• Solid understanding of accessibility best practices and state modeling demonstrated in shipped work
• Experience with design tokens, layout systems, and interaction states
• Demonstrated experience shipping design systems work at another organization
