Senior UX Design Specialist

Job Summary

To support management of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for complex assets, the full-time remote Senior UX Design Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs, develop interaction models, and advocate for user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research to gather insights and validate design hypotheses
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design using UX best practices and tools like Figma
• Proven experience designing for both mobile and web applications
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders
• Experience with design tokens and design systems
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
