Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer 5 to join their team in developing internal tools for customer service, sales, account management, and marketing software.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business development teams and customers to understand their needs and goals
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess design feasibility within time and budget constraints
• Design, develop, and modify internal tools to enhance user experience and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in UX/Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Product Design
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX and visual design work
• Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams and influencing design outcomes
