Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to create holistic user experiences through research-driven design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design processes including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features based on user needs and business impact
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on design solutions based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer or in related roles
• Expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing
• Strong analytical skills to translate research insights into product strategy
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or other UX & prototyping software
• Demonstrated ability to balance user needs with business objectives
