Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr UX Designer to enhance user experience through effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform business goals into actionable UX/UI requirements and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• Create process flows, conceptual wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for user testing
• Lead user research activities and mentor less experienced UX Designers while maintaining product subject matter expertise

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing business software UX
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and quantifiable results from past projects
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis skills
