Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead designs for various products in Connected Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct primary user research and explore user requirements to enhance user experience
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product ideas and validate designs
Collaborate with product and development teams to implement designs and ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX, particularly in B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Balsamiq
Experience with research methodologies including usability testing and user observation
Familiarity with web front-end technologies like CSS/SASS and React
Experience working in an Agile team environment
