Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer - Design System.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of design systems, including components, patterns, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers to ensure effective implementation of the design system
• Conduct usability testing and advocate for user needs and accessibility throughout the design process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years focused on design systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating and maintaining design systems
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Product Design, Human Centered Design, or related field required
• Familiarity with design systems like Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines
