Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their global technology team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance internal tools that support critical business workflows
• Advocate for users and establish UX practices within engineering squads
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure user-centered design principles are upheld

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in UX design, particularly in enterprise software or internal tooling
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals and experience using research to inform design
• Proven visual design skills, including layout, typography, and hierarchy
• Experience working independently or in small teams to establish design functions
• Familiarity with finance, data-heavy interfaces, or business operations is a plus
