Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who will define the User Experience (UX) for digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic monitoring and enhancement of digital user experience for products and services
• Provide support for digital products and corporate initiatives, potentially mentoring less experienced designers
• Conduct user testing to ensure successful implementation of design enhancements and develop analytic processes for monitoring user engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in User Design, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry and design research
• Technical acumen with an understanding of internet, web application development, and system design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Current or former experience as a contractor/contingent worker for the company or its subsidiaries is required
