Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Advocate for user-centered design processes and collaborate with product teams to create effective solutions
Design and refine deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while overseeing junior designers
Focus on developing and maturing design systems and processes aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in user experience design and development
Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or related field preferred
Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design tools like Miro and Adobe CC
Experience in building and maintaining design systems
Knowledge of web development methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum
