Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join their US Employee Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of user experience and explore the needs of target users
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential problem spaces and lead discovery through mixed-methods research
• Create user flows, experience maps, wireframes, and prototypes while owning workstreams from planning to post-release testing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software and enterprise environments
• Excellent understanding of user experience research methodologies and design principles
• Proficiency in creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro
• Experience in the insurance industry or insurance technology is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
