Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to provide strategic and hands-on design leadership for their product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the UX/UI vision across products using user-centered design principles and data-driven insights
• Plan, design, and conduct user research, synthesizing insights to inform product strategy and design decisions
• Own the end-to-end design process, producing high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with ownership of complex products or platforms
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience designing AI-enabled or data-driven product experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and polished visual execution
• Experience working in Agile or Lean development environments
