Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts, user research, and concept validation to shape product direction
• Design end-to-end user experiences for complex web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and clarity
• Produce build-ready design artifacts and collaborate with Engineering throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in user experience design for mobile and web applications
• Portfolio showcasing design projects from problem definition to validated solutions
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering in agile environments
• Strong skills in sketching, mocking up, and evaluating interaction design
