Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape user experience and design systems for their products in the performing arts market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end information architecture and user journey mapping
• Standardize and streamline existing design systems into a cohesive framework
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Expertise in information architecture and design system standardization for SaaS or B2B2C products
• Experience in creating and implementing user research and usability testing programs
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design and prototyping tools
• Experience mentoring or managing other designers or contractors
