• Lead the design and documentation of core UI components and patterns for digital experiences
• Develop comprehensive use case documentation and author Human Interface Guidelines for third-party developers
• Facilitate governance office hours and conduct design system audits to maintain system integrity

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in design systems
• Proven track record in designing and documenting component libraries
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent visual and interaction design capabilities
• Proficiency in Figma for component design and design system management
