Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience of their educational products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ideation through rapid design exploration, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to create testable user flows and production-ready experiences
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design processes and support the evolution of the design system and component library

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of UX or product design experience with complex digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing ideation, prototyping, and delivered experiences
• Experience working with design systems and component-based design approaches
• Working knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG)
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
