Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer & Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end user experience, translating clinical needs into intuitive interfaces and iterating post-launch
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align user needs with technical feasibility and business goals
Lead and mentor the User Researcher and UI Designer, fostering a culture of high standards and empathy

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in HealthTech, MedTech, or Life Sciences
Experience in leading or mentoring designers with the ability to provide constructive feedback
Understanding of medical imaging, DICOM standards, and the hospital environment
Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and user research methodologies
Fluency in English with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively
