Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) who is passionate about cognitive simplicity and designing high-impact B2B SaaS experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a unified Single Pane of Glass experience that integrates multiple technical sub-applications
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create intuitive, automated product flows from manual service logic
• Design data-dense dashboards and automation frameworks that reduce cognitive overload for users

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or complex data-driven applications
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of technical constraints and ability to design within engineering feasibility
• Portfolio required, demonstrating simplification case studies of complex systems
