Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the innovation design process and evolves products from concept to proof of concept
• Leads UX research, design, and testing for new and existing user experiences
• Mentors junior designers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to prioritize research opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in UI/UX design and product development
• Experience with web and mobile app design, including responsive designs
• Proficiency in building and maintaining design systems
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in design, psychology, or a related field preferred
