Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Experience Strategy & UX Designer to join their CX team in a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a balance between user needs and client business objectives to create valuable experiences
Define and support research efforts to gain insights and drive project strategy
Translate user insights into design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience as a UX designer or similar role
Expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables
Experience with Figma is required
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems
Experience with healthcare organizations, hospitality, or B2B is a plus
