Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Maintain user-centric design while balancing client business objectives
Define and support research efforts to inform project strategy and insights
Create user personas, journey maps, and design concepts based on research findings

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience as a UX designer or in a related role
Expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables
Proficient in Figma
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or B2B sectors is a plus
