Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth competitor product reviews and customer research to inform design decisions
• Create prototypes and wireframes while evaluating and improving digital experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to design digital products and manage analytics for performance measurement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in user research, UX/UI design, or related fields
• Experience in product management or direct collaboration with developers preferred
• Experience working with teams across multiple departments
• Healthcare experience preferred
