Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join their team in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of users' experiences and explore their needs and motivations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand potential problem spaces
• Lead discovery with Product Management to gather user data and deliver meaningful insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software and enterprise environments
• Excellent understanding of user experience research methodologies and design principles
• Proficiency in creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro
• Experience in the insurance industry or insurance technology is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
