Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape the UI and UX of its products and support the growth of the Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to implement innovative solutions for product direction and experience
• Create high-fidelity composites, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate design ideas effectively
• Design, build, and govern a comprehensive Design System, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of UI/UX experience
• Experience in designing Healthcare IT
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design system governance
• Deep understanding of web technologies and accessibility requirements
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
