Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience and design strategy for their product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system and UX vision, creating reusable components and governing design standards
• Drive discovery before design by conducting research, customer interviews, and usability testing
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes using product analytics and behavioral data

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing user-centered B2B or operations-focused digital products
• Track record of connecting design decisions to measurable business outcomes
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system
• Strong expertise in Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframing, Prototyping, and UX Research
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows and comfort with product analytics
