Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Lead UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end design strategy for the Foundations pillar, ensuring seamless supplier experiences across Coupa's ecosystem
• Lead the design of foundational, cross-product experiences and advocate for supplier clarity and consistency
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape platform roadmaps and conduct research to improve the supplier experience

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience in complex B2B SaaS, platform, or marketplace products
• Proven ability to simplify complexity in foundational workflows like onboarding and identity
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of data, identity, and workflows in an ecosystem
• Expert-level skills in Figma and experience with mature design systems
• Proactive builder mindset, thriving in ambiguous environments with high standards
