Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX/UI guidelines for web properties
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to ensure designs align with technical feasibility and business objectives
• Mentor and provide feedback to other digital designers while hosting workshops for skill improvement and design alignment

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with AI-based design tools
• Proven track record of designing accessible and responsive websites and applications
• Strong understanding of UX research methods and interaction design
