Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Bringing systems thinking and creativity, the Senior UX Designer will work remotely on a 3-month contract, focusing on designing intuitive, AI-assisted customer experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities in the technology landscape and design best-in-class experiences
• Own end-to-end UX from concept to launch, including flows, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes
• Design interactions for AI-powered features such as copilots and chat interfaces, advocating for the customer using data and insights

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of UX, product, or interaction design experience
• Strong portfolio of shipped products, concepts, and prototypes
• Deep knowledge of desktop and mobile UX best practices and usability principles
• Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
