Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design process end-to-end, the full-time Senior UX Designer will translate complex workplace workflows into intuitive experiences, collaborate with engineers to ensure usability, and evolve the design system using AI tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user needs and product requirements into simple, intuitive experiences across the platform
• Drive design work from exploration and prototyping to polished, production-ready solutions
• Contribute to and evolve the Figma-based design system, including components, patterns, and documentation

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related field, ideally in SaaS or enterprise products
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with component-based design systems
• Working knowledge of WCAG standards and accessible design practices
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and shipped product work
• Curiosity and confidence in using AI tools to enhance design quality and speed
