Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking an AI-native Senior UX Designer, this full-time remote position will lead the design of intuitive user experiences for complex supply chain workflows, leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Architecture to define experience strategy and surface AI-driven capabilities
• Lead user insight development and problem framing for complex workflows using user research and AI-assisted techniques
• Design AI-centered user experiences, including recommendation systems and decision-support workflows, while ensuring high-quality implementation with engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications
• Proven track record in creating adaptive AI-infused experiences that balance usability and operational trust
• Experience leading UX initiatives and influencing product direction across teams
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design within complex technical domains
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and translate problems into actionable design strategies
